A website is publicly available to anyone who searches it or keywords that fit it, so it’s important to have a good website so people can discover you easily.

2. Start blogging.

Once you have a website, you can now start blogging. Creating regular content on your blog is important to rank up your website. Writing quality content that’s relevant and helpful to your audience and knowing how to apply SEO practices will definitely help you reach a wide range of people.

Blogging is a long-term effort. What you post today can still receive views and attract clients, let’s say, five years from now. It might seem like a lot of work, but it’s definitely worth it!

3. Host virtual open houses or house tours.

As realtors, it is definitely a must to have a social media page for your business. This is where you can have interactive communication with your potential clients and have a consistent exposure to them.

Once you gain the interest of your audience, you can use your business page to conduct virtual house tours. Since the house tour will be online, they can easily access it even when they are at the comforts of their home. And even those who do not really plan on visiting the open house of your new listing will also be able to see it.

Conduct email marketing campaigns.

Email marketing is a more comprehensive way to convey your message to your clients. Unlike your website and social media page, email marketing doesn’t have many restrictions. You can send longer messages and provide more details of the services you offer. You can also use it to send out weekly newsletters, with content that is relevant to your audience. This will establish your credibility in the field and ensure consistent exposure to your possible clients as well. Just make sure to build your email list so you can maximize this marketing opportunity.
